In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and a history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
We will be offline temporarily on September 4th and 5th, 2023 as we migrate servers.
Please be aware that we have a small support staff and will do our best to reply promptly. Our goal is to respond within two business days. Sometimes, such as if we are on vacation, it can take longer. Please make sure you provide a valid email address so you are receiving ticket updates. Thank you!
